Return / Refund

Returning an item to us couldn’t be easier! Please return unworn items in their original packaging with labels/tags intact for an exchange or refund (excluding lingerie/underwear).

A refund will be issued to the original payment method, based on the item value printed on the invoice.

Steps:

  1. Email Notification: Email us at hello@leatherotics.com letting us know you'd like to return an item.
  2. Return Your Order: Send your item(s) in their original condition to: ABC Returns

  3. Fill Out the Exchange Form: Complete the attached Return Form and include it in your package.
  4. Use Tracked Delivery: Send your return using standard tracked delivery (no signature required).
  5. Photo Submission: Attach a clear photo of your completed form and email it to us. This allows us to begin processing before your item arrives.
  6. Attach Tracking Number: Include your tracking number with the return email. Without it, we cannot be responsible for lost items or guarantee timely refunds.

Important for Non-USA Returns: Clearly mark your parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" or "GOODS FOR EXCHANGE". If not, customs charges may apply, and we reserve the right to refuse the return or request payment for duties.

Stock Availability We keep strong inventory levels and ship most orders within 24–48 hours. Some items are made to order (noted on product pages) and may take up to 14 days for production.

Holiday Exchanges All orders placed in November and December are eligible for a 60-day exchange period. Otherwise, our standard return window is 30 days from delivery.

Corsets Exchange Policy Corsets should be gently tried on over a t-shirt, loosely laced. Corsets cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged once for a different size if returned in new condition. Corsets that are tight-laced or show signs of wear are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellations To cancel, email or call us, or return the item with your contact details enclosed.
  • Made-to-order items are non-returnable but may be altered.
  • Items bought on promotions or discounts are not refundable but can be exchanged or credited.
Gift Vouchers / Credit Notes
  • Vouchers can be purchased online and are valid for 365 days.
Secure Online Ordering
  • We use encrypted checkout with no credit card data stored.
  • Never email card information.
  • We’ll only ever reference the last 4 digits of your card if needed.
Currency & Pricing
  • Prices listed in USD, but GBP and EUR are selectable on-site.
  • Use the currency converter to view real-time conversions.
Payments Accepted
  • PayPal (with or without registration)
  • Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Access, etc.
  • Cash payments via bank transfer (contact us for details)

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders due to factors beyond our control. For garment inquiries, contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help. Our policies protect both customer satisfaction and pricing integrity.
