How Our Made-to-Measure Service Works
Step 1: Place Your Custom Order
Select the “Made-to-Measure” option from the size dropdown when placing your order. Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll send you a detailed measurement sheet via email.
Step 2: Provide Your Accurate Measurements
Fill out the sheet and return it. We've made the process simple and straightforward, ensuring you get the perfect fit for any of our items.
Step 3: We Review Your Custom Measurements
Our team will carefully review your measurements. If any inconsistencies are found, we’ll contact you for a quick re-measurement to ensure accuracy.
Step 4: Your Custom Item is Crafted
Once we have your measurements, we’ll begin crafting your custom-made garment. We typically complete all made-to-order items within 12–18 days. You’ll receive updates, and we’ll notify you once it’s shipped.

As this is a custom-made order, exchanges and refunds are not applicable. With nearly a 100% accuracy rate, issues are extremely rare. If any concern arises, our team will resolve it at no additional cost.

Step 5: Dispatch & Delivery
Once completed, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

After confirming price, ship the original to our dispatch center. Pack securely to ensure safe delivery.
Step 4: Garment Creation
Our expert team will craft your replica garment with the same care and precision as the original.
Step 5: Return of Both Items
Once completed, we’ll return both the original and new custom garment together — in perfect condition, ready to wear.
