All orders are discreetly packaged with plain packing materials to ensure confidentiality. There is no mention of Leatherotics on the exterior of the parcels.
Delivery Times:
USA orders typically arrive within 7 to 9 days.
European deliveries take 3 to 4 days.
Orders within select regions (including parts of Europe) may arrive within 48 hours.
At Leatherotics, all items are meticulously handmade in our own production department. We maintain a robust inventory, and nearly all items listed on our website are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. In the rare event that a size is temporarily out of stock, we strive to reproduce it within 2 to 5 days to fulfill your order promptly.

We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure convenience and value, regardless of the number of items ordered.
- USA & Worldwide delivery: £8.95 (GBP) per order (additional charges for heavier items)
- United Kingdom delivery: £4 per order
- Combined postage available for multiple items
- All orders shipped with signed-for delivery
- Shipping to cardholder’s billing address and advised address
We reserve the right to not fulfill orders from certain countries due to past fraud instances.
All shipments include a tracked service, and you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
For Larger Orders (Exceeding 10kg):
- USA & Worldwide delivery: £45
- European Union delivery: £25
- United Kingdom delivery: £15

Delivery for large orders to destinations outside the European Union is determined by weight and quantity. Customers with shipping addresses outside the EU should select this option, or we will contact you to discuss courier prices.
We ship worldwide, including to countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain.
All orders are subject to verification, and DHL requires a signature upon delivery.

We cover customs duties for several European destinations, so you won’t have to worry about unexpected fees when your order arrives.
We currently cover customs charges for orders shipped to:
